How to use

• Ceremonial Grade Matcha: add around 1-2 g to your cup. Whisk with a small amount of hot, not boiling, water until smooth and lightly frothy, then top up with water or milk. Little tip: let the kettle sit for a minute or two before pouring, as water that is too hot can make matcha taste more bitter.
• Pink Matcha: start with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon. Whisk with a small amount of warm water until smooth, then add milk or your preferred base. It also works well in smoothies, yoghurt and baking.
• Socks: follow the care instructions supplied with the socks.

The Ceremonial Grade Matcha contains naturally occurring caffeine. Store the matcha sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
