How to use

1. Sift 1-2 g of matcha into the bowl.
2. Add a small amount of hot, not boiling, water. Little tip: let the kettle sit for a minute or two before pouring, as water that is too hot can make matcha taste more bitter.
3. Whisk in a figure 8 motion until smooth and lightly frothy, and keep going for about a minute to get a lovely microfoam. Top up with water or milk.
4. Rinse the tools after use and let them air dry naturally.
5. Store your whisk on its holder.
